Project: APBA World Baseball Classic Tournament Semi-Finals

Team Korea upset US on a dramatic solo home run in the 9th to break a 1-1 tie to advance to the final.  Dominican Republic upset Japan with back to back jacks from Caminero and J-Ros to earn the right to defend their title from 2023. 

  

Project: APBA World Baseball Classic Tournament Round 2

US and Japan take care of their first games of the tournament to advance to the semi-finals.  Korea upsets Venezuela on a Detroit Tigers Jahmai Jones pinch hit two run shot in the 9th off Danny Palencia.  The DR fends off Canada in another thriller as J-Rod goes off and Canada loaded the bases in the 9th but Doval escaped getting Otto Lopez to ground out to 3rd to end it.

 

Project: APBA World Baseball Classic Tournament Round 1

US and Japan draw the first round byes as as Korea and Canada pull off upsets.  Three of the six games were one-run games.  Venezuela and the DR are the highest seeds to advance to round two.

 

WBC: USA wins tuneup as Dodgers walk off Japan

USA defeated the Mike Trout led LA Angels 7-1 in a WBC tuneup as Bryce Harper blasted two dingers and Aaron Judge added a solo shot.

The L.A. Dodgers walked off Japan 4-2 on a Andy Pages 2 run shot in the 2nd spring game.  Max Muncy added a two run shot in the 4th as the Dodger defeated their teammate in Yamamoto on the bump.

14 team single elimination tournament consisting of 14 WBC All-Time Teams. Several teams are using the latest 2025 cards for all MLB players. Team that don't have enough MLB players are using cards from Chris White's WBC All-Time Sets.
